In the role of forklift driver/warehouse employee at ICA's warehouse in Stockholm, you will primarily be driving forklifts and picking goods manually with the help of a voice unit that instructs you on what to pick. The tasks are physically demanding and characterized by a high work pace where you work in different temperature zones.

The work will take place at ICA's warehouse in Kallhäll, mainly on weekdays.

To be considered for the position, you must be very flexible in your availability and able to work day and/or evening shifts at least 2 weekdays a week. ICA operates its warehouse around the clock every day of the week, and we are primarily looking for someone who is available to work between 05:00 and 22:30. Working hours are scheduled between Mon-Fri 05:00-13:45 and 13:45-22:30, and you must be able to work both shifts.

You who are applying for the position should see this as a long-term extra job and have a strong work ethic. This is a consultancy assignment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting but will work as a consultant for our client ICA.

The start for this assignment will take place during week 5 or week 8. The introduction is scheduled over five working days and requires 100% attendance. Therefore, it is a requirement that you are available full-time for training in week 5 or week 8.

To be considered for the position, it is a requirement that you have another job or studies of at least 50% and have at least one year left in your studies. We will only proceed with individuals who can provide documentation to support this.

Furthermore, we are looking for someone who has:

• Forklift license A1-4, experience driving is an advantage.
• Good physical condition.
• Approved background check.
• Very good ability to understand and communicate in Swedish.
• Having a B driver's license and access to a personal vehicle to quickly get to the workplace is an advantage.

We will request a background check and perform a drug test as part of the process. ICA aims to have smoke-free workplaces. The work environment at ICA's workplaces should be sober and free from drugs, and therefore ICA applies random alcohol and drug tests.
